The Corona SFR market slowed a bit in July on a month-to-month basis, but the market remains strong. The number of SFR homes that sold, went pending, or went under contract is down 7% compared to May, but still up 7% from March and 36% for the year. Annualized
turnover of Corona homes (the percentage of Corona homes that would sell during the year if the current rate of sales from July were to continue) is still hovering at close to 4%.
The median cumulative days on market of homes that were active, closed or went under contract during July ticked up to 40 days (an increase of 6 days from May).
